📦 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All packaging and accessories must be included

  • Your order number must be clearly marked inside the return package

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-ordered items

  • Used or plugged-in devices

  • Items returned damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging

🔁 Common Return Scenarios

Late Delivery (Over 21 Days)
You're eligible for a £6 refund as compensation.

Defective or Malfunctioning Unit
We'll send you a free replacement device.

Wrong Product Ordered (e.g. quantity or model)
Return or exchange accepted, but return shipping is your responsibility.

Changed Mind
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days, but you must cover the return shipping.

Wrong or Missing Item Received
We’ll replace or send the missing item at no cost to you.

Damaged in Transit
We’ll ship a free replacement, no questions asked.

Incorrect Address Provided
Auto Buddy Pro is not liable for lost or undelivered parcels shipped to the address submitted by the customer. We will assist in tracking where possible.

🔙 How to Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email autobuddypro@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Address
    If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Prepare Your Package
    Repack the product securely in original packaging with all included accessories.

  4. Ship & Track
    Return the item using a tracked shipping method and email us the tracking number.

  5. Refund Processing
    Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 working days.

⚠️ Refund Deductions Based on Condition

  • Full refunds apply only to new, unused products.

  • Returns with visible wear, missing packaging, or damage may result in partial refunds.

📸 Damaged on Arrival

If your device arrives damaged:

We’ll ship a free replacement. If the issue repeats, we’ll issue a full refund.

🛡️ Lifetime Warranty

Each Auto Buddy Pro device is backed by a one-time replacement warranty for defects in materials or manufacturing.

  • 1 warranty = 1 product

  • Multiple units require separate warranties

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation

  • After 24 hours: 20% admin/restocking fee (based on original product price)

💰 Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds or store credit at our discretion.
Once accepted, no further claims will be eligible for that order or item.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Disputes

We're here to help. Please email us before opening a chargeback.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in legal action.
