This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping Auto Buddy Pro products purchased from our official website.


🌍 Countries We Do Not Deliver To

We currently do not ship to the following countries:

Burundi, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Liberia, Libya, Nevis, North Korea, Somaliland, South Sudan, St Eustatius, St Helena, Syria, Tajikistan, Yemen, Russia, Ukraine, and Puerto Rico.


📦 When Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically ship the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided stock is available. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number from our delivery provider.

Please note: High order volume, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays may impact dispatch times.


⏱ Delivery Time Estimates

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–12 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 21 working days depending on customs, region, or seasonal volume

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: On orders above £40

  • Flat Rate Shipping: £3.95 for orders under £40


🌐 Can You Ship to My Country?

To check availability:

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. If your country is not supported, checkout will not proceed

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Click the link in the email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

🏠 Where Can I Receive My Order?

We currently ship to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses

Note: In-store pickup is not available at this time.


📦 Why Was I Not Offered Economy Shipping?

Our economy shipping uses airmail with a 2kg limit. If your order exceeds this weight, checkout will automatically default to a suitable shipping method.

Shipping options and pricing are displayed based on order weight and destination.


⏳ Can I Delay My Delivery?

  • Airmail orders: Cannot be delayed or intercepted. Undelivered packages will return to our warehouse and be refunded upon receipt (this process may take several weeks).

  • Express shipping: In some cases, we may be able to delay dispatch. Please email autobuddypro@outlook.combefore your order ships.


🚚 Can I Upgrade to Express Shipping After Ordering?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot change the shipping method.


📦 Can I Combine Shipping for Multiple Orders?

We cannot combine multiple orders after they are placed. Each order will be shipped independently with its own tracking number.
